Two equity rounds totalling €8 million for an Italian-Swiss scale-up; redesign of planning and control for a luxury textile business, with methodological transfer to management. International assignments include turnaround, project finance, impairment testing and management reporting.
Head of FP&A · Head of M&A
Established and led FP&A within an international automotive group with over €200 million in revenue. Responsibilities included budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash flow modeling and board and lender reporting. M&A work included the Aftermarket spin-off, C.D.C., Ruville and ABL Automazione. Developed the business interruption damages model and led the technical negotiation concluded with a €24 million insurance settlement.
Managing Director
Led end-to-end assignments spanning debt advisory, restructuring, capital raising and interim management. Executed ten restructuring operations covering approximately €500 million of debt. Expanded the practice from three to fifteen professionals.
